Affiliation is determined by the server administrator. Hyde Park residents who are not otherwise affiliated with the University of Chicago may be eligible to use this service provided their listings are of interest to University Members. Commercial entities are never eligible to use this service. We reserve the right to remove you listing without notice if we determine that you are ineligible for this service.

With the use of this Service (uchi.marketplace), you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's "Sell an Item" form (such information being the "Seller's Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Seller's Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or uchi.marketplace has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, uchi.marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your listing and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify or delete listings which we deem offensive or miscategorized.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or give away seller data (we don't like spam) or server logs except in extreme cases (i.e. items for sale are reasonably believed to be stolen or in cases of harassment).
